May 27, 2018 - Perfectly clear strawberry colored nectar... The nose is tropical fruit and citrus blossom. The taste is candied apple, strawberry, pineapple and the slightest touch of white pepper. The finish has a lovely lift and finishes with beautiful lemon... Nicely done. Drinking wonderfully now.

June 15, 2011 (link)(Inniskillin Cabernet Franc Icewine (375 ml)) Reddish-brown cranberry in color, this wine offers dark, Italianate, stemmed-raisin aromas accompanied by pronounced strawberry jam and rhubarb. A slightly green, herbal, vegetal note on the nose attests to the grape variety, but the palate is yummy, full of rich maple syrup, the sweetness of free-run juice, and honeyed caramel. Reminiscent of Cranberry Sweets jellies. Terroir: Niagara Peninsula
