March 15, 2024 - Truly outstanding aged rosé champagne. Deep orange/pink salmon (more orange than pink) and almost cloudy. Very, very fine bubbles. Pot pourri and autumn leaves, as well as cherries and citrus fruits on the nose. And earth. More of the same on the palate. Surprising level of acidity and energy. This is showing a lot of tertiary character and is unmistakably mature. But that's not to say it's over the hill or past it's prime. Not sure how many prime years this has left but it's in a really special place right now.

October 2, 2023 - Why didn`t I buy more of this? Salmon color, very fine bubbles. Intense nose of red berries, citrus, chalk and grapefruit. Full bodied attack, smooth mousse, high acidity. The wine explodes on the mid palate In a cascade of wild strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit together with a chalky tone that dominates the aftertaste. Extremely long finish. What a wine! Still young, but amazing to drink right now.

July 9, 2023 - Showing extremely well now and still going strong.
Nose is still dominated more by dried fruit than by aged notes but both are present. Brown butter brioche. Rich body. Classic Bollinger and no need to rush through your remaining bottles -

December 24, 2022 - This wine is still drinking very well with notes of crisp fruit, great mouthfeel and satisfying finish.This may have peaked by now, but I see no rush to consume it.
