December 21, 2023 - In great shape! Drink now, but I don't know it might last a bit still. Still fresh and bright - plenty of acid. Imagine it was ripping when young. Textured and full feeling, with a touch of sweetness. Tropical fruit (pineapple) and orchard (apple, pear). Honeysuckle. Citrus rind. Stone and minerality. Superbly balanced between fresh and indulgent. Enjoyed with chicken curry.

April 22, 2023 - Dried citrus fruit, apple, pineapple and some exotic fruit on the nose, as well as a hint of wet stone. The light palate continues with the same, adding good stony acidity. Long finish, tapering towards dried sweet fruit. In a good spot now, exhibiting both developed tones as well as that classic Kabinett balance and levity.

May 8, 2022 - Fully ready, classic Kabinett. Yellow fruits, apple, lovely acidity/sweetness in balance. Mineral, good intensity and maturity now rounding this out. Excellent wine.

February 2, 2021 - Belle couleur dorée mais pas trop foncée. Arômes et lime, de poire bien mûre avec un soupçon de gelée de pétrole (mais rien de trop prononcé, une chance j’aime pas cet arôme dans mon vin!). Bouche ample, longue finale légèrement amère, il y a un bon niveau de sucre mais malgré tout ça demeure assez frais. Saveurs d’agrumes confits, de poire, de pomme, de miel sauvage. Ne semble pas être vieux. Bref j’ai bien apprécié! Excellent (91)
