October 6, 2012 - I think this has peaked, but still a very nice glass of plain classical burgundy.

January 5, 2011 - I'm convinced, this is as good as it gets at this price point; however, the structure and stuffing is not serious enough to bring it into the "Outstanding" designation. From a Riedel Burgundy glass, this presents wide open, alluring scents of toasted oak, cherry and strawberry, complicated by barnyard funk and mineral notes. It's medium bodied and toasty in the mouth, with a respectable finish reflecting additional salty mineral notes.

    Drink now. 89 -JS

April 6, 2010 - Absurdly delicious and complex for it's price point, the bouquet sports dark red fruits, some truffles and spice. Round and medium weight on the palate, I can't believe how well this drinks. A steal!

November 8, 2009 - Beautiful Bourgogne. Balanced, elegant, amazingly complex for this level. Delicious, and drinking perfectly now.

(Tollot-Beaut Bourgogne) The nose impresses with its width and some creamy depth too. Nicely covers the palate - a little structure and nice balance. Good length - a very tasty bourgogne.
