September 29, 2014 - a browner flavor profile. still holding some of the wood grain on the palate. loads more life left, even when looking to my thoughts on the previous 2005. Drink to 2024 if that's what the 05 was feeling like. lots more spice remains here, where the 05 felt really rounded out. pear fruit on the palate and still holding onto, and showing a substantial level of oak. amazing chardonnay and probably gonna be my WOTN.

December 24, 2012 - Perfect accompaniment to dinner of oysters on the half shell, bacon wrapped scallops and mussels. Found this to be full-bodied without being heavily oaked or buttery. Great finish that stood up to the rich shellfish. We found the wild yeast to be unique and a very interesting and exciting Chard.
The wine looks Yellow colored. The legs are Slow. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Round texture. The wine finishes Long.

June 2, 2012 - Outstanding Old Style Chardonnay. Very mellow and drinking very well right now. Lot's of butter and butterscotch. The heavy alchohol of a couple of years ago is gone. Creamy, with nice notes of toasted oak. Yummy.
