November 14, 2023 - No notes but still a fruity powerful pinot going on here, what an Aubert should be, and surprisingly great shape for this age.Cotsens blind night

September 23, 2023 - From magnum. Decanted for 90 minutes before service. In the glass, still quite youthful in appearance - a hint of violet at the rim, shading to dark red/magenta at the core. On the nose, cherries, spice, and a touch of orange peel. On the palate, pure dark fruit, supported by nutmeg, cinnamon, slate, and a touch of acidity and tannin on the finish to lend structure. Very well balanced from start to finish.

April 3, 2023 - Boy was this a treat! Drank from a magnum over several hours with others. Excellent bouquet of rich, sweet dark cherry and and mild spice. Very well balanced with concentrated fruit and moderate tannins. Concentrated mouthfeel. Medium plus finish. A great pleasure to drink on the tail end of its drinking window.

October 9, 2022 - Bright ruby red color. Perfumed bouquet of rich, sweet cherry and soil.
Good acidity, fruit with moderate tannins. Very well balanced, long, well balanced finish. This presented like a rich, Aubert pinot.

May 2, 2022 - While still tasty, this bottle was not as round and long finishing as the last one. That said, it’s still got good fruit and went well with steak and salmon. Has held up well to 15 years of bottle aging, but Definitely time to drink up.
