October 16, 2017 - Dark red hue. Wild strawberry nose. Strawberry rhubarb, tart, easy drinking, delicious lingering taste. Nice bottle.

September 25, 2015 - Happy result of an auction purchase. Held its own in a multi course meal with diverse wine offerings (2000 Leoville Poyferre, 2005 Pegau Reserve) pairing best with the chicken livers/foie gras and seared chicken courses and was very popular.
Love the Occidental fruit. If nit-picking, just slightly prominent wood treatment noticeable from this bottle tonight. -
