July 25, 2018 - Absolutely delicious. Love at first sip! This is a rich full bodied Zinfandel. It's drinking really well at this point, and it's not yet showing any signs of going downhill.

December 28, 2017 - Purple to inky, slow legs. Aromas of distinct black fruit, medium toast, cinnamon and nutmeg; there are also hints of oak and raisin. Flavors reveal more pronounced spice, soy, and wood tannins. Medium to full body, smooth, deep texture. Medium finish, low acidity. An impressive and appropriate Christmas Day wine. Paired well with spicy beef dish. At about $45, QPR substantially below average. Drink now or within 2 years.

May 9, 2017 - Wow, I found a Zin I actually liked (with jerk marinated flank steak)...the pairing was key. This wine is over the top by itself. 15.6% alcohol but not too hot, slightly unctuous with big round fruit; some of the alcohol shows up in the ripeness of the fruit. No idea how this ages. This is my last bottle of Turley and I doubt I will ever by another.

April 2, 2015 - Typical high profile Zinfandel. All the spices present that we like, the body as well. Great wine!
