November 14, 2023 - Dense ruby coloring, prominenet and rich aroma of ripe cherries, vanilla, blackberry, cassis. Full fleshed mouth feel almost merlot like, rounded tanins hold everything together.

December 26, 2021 - Drinking very well at this time and would expect that to hold for severl years. Gave it an hour to open and was rewarded with a well structured and complex package of hard fruits-pears and apples as well as cherry and current. Light spices, cinnamon and vanilla joined some mineral notes. Tannins are noticeable but moderate creating a very fulsome mouthfeel.

April 26, 2020 - Decanted 30 mins before pour, could easily have been 1 hour. Big flavors of fruit, mineral, and chalk, very strong tannins present. Expect this to easily go antoher 10-20 years with optimal drinking 2023-2030
