April 5, 2020 - Decanted, lots of sediment. Much better after sitting a day.
January 16, 2016 - No negative notes. Stelvin closure holding up quite well with this 13.6% AbV Aussie. Two of six to go.
February 24, 2012 - Final notes for this wine...until I can get more. While these aren't the best wines I've had, they are the best for the price. They're good enough that I actually enjoy them, and cheap enough to be consumed guilt-free. The best sub $10 Cab based wine I've come across.

August 14, 2011 - Last one. Still really good. Has definitely mellowed nicely, though not sure how much longer it will last in its current state.
August 11, 2011 - It's been a few months since my last bottle of this, and those few months have been good for it. Essentially the wine is the same as before but just a bit softer. There's still plenty of dark berries on the palate, just not quite as pronounced.
Drinking it on it's own, the acid started to get to me, but as soon as I had a bite of mildy spicy lean meat the acid vanished and I was left with a wine that was great with the meal.
August 11, 2011 - I liked this bottle better than before, slightly.
As it ages, it is loosing a bit of fruit but picking up more nuanced flavors. There is some tobacco or leather settling in and I didn't taste any of the bitterness I recalled from earlier.
No quantitative notes.
May 14, 2011 - Still drinking nicely ... just a pleasant little second-bottle-of-the-night kind of wine. Wish I had more than three bottles left.
April 18, 2011 - So good the other night we're drinking some again tonight!
