  September 11, 2014 - I really like dessert wines, but this is something altogether different. Color was similar to dark agave syrup or maple syrup with a viscosity similar to warmed maple syrup. It is difficult to tell if this wine ever went through fermentation. The sweetness hits you like a brick wall, with no supporting acidity. This should have never been sold as wine. I hope that this bottle was flawed, but I am uncertain. I cannot imagine drinking this.

  May 17, 2013 - Berserker Fest Friday Dinner - SQN Table (Blue Star Bistro - Chicago, IL): Oh my goodness. Richer and thicker than anything else I've tasted. So unusual and intriguing.
  Loved it. Only 6% alcohol.
  Apples, marmalade, nectarine. So dense. Yum.
