September 26, 2015 - My first Jura wine from my cellar which I bought several years ago. Brought to BYOB to drink with Iberico ham, tapas and paella. Started out slowly.light gold in color. No nose unless swirled and then mostly minerals. Initially minerals and steel on the palate. Over time, it evolved into a beautiful food wine. Pineapple, minerals, splce and more. Delicious, long, balanced and smooth with a hint sweetness. I really enjoyed this with the food.

January 29, 2014 - JURA NIGHT (ENOTECA ROSSORUBINO TORINO): This Non-oxidative Melon was the great outsider of the night!!
What a wine... The early age acidity is mellowed and balanced, almost over, sweet and balanced, hints of tart, butter and white flowers.
    With a fresh pineapple finish
    Amazing

June 19, 2013 - Continues to drink beautifully. Multiple layers of complexity with an enticing viscosity on the palate. Evolves in the glass from one sip to the next.

June 7, 2012 - Two bottles over the past month and both were superb as previous bottles. The wine keeps evolving in the glass and has a lengthy and seductive finish.

May 25, 2011 - This is a stunning wine. Wonderful complexity and balance. Fresh and pure on the palate with a hint of viscosity. The wine keeps evolving in the glass. If you have never tried any wines from the Jura, now is the time. They are inexpensive, pure and delicious.
