December 7, 2017 - The Un-Cali -- cedar, graphite, cinnamon, coffee & cocoa beans on nose & tongue, young tannins, eye dark; still mostly closed, or fruit has departed ? Incredible value, stored at 56F since purchase.

September 22, 2015 - Dark berry nose. Nice, balanced but distinct blackberry flavor. Medium body with short but intense and pleasant finish. I'm amazed this lasted so long.
Only slight bricking of color on edge, otherwise deep purple. Drink now or wait 2-3 years if necessary.

May 26, 2014 - Still vibrant. Surprised in vertical. Softer berries lead mocha finish.

August 9, 2013 - Wow. Beautiful aromas or eucalyptus, tobacco, earth and hints of vanilla. Mouthfeel was smooth and rich, though a little tight and tannic at first. Opened up nicely and drank well. Will consume my other other bottle within the next five years. A great wine and a great value, purchase price could not have been more than $15.
