  December 4, 2014 - Les Degustateurs (Acadia Chicago IL): Good nose, butterscotch, citrus, needs time in the glass.

Taking on some golden tones, but not at all tired. A whiff of sulpher initially and then the essence of old style Meursault with excellent acidity with nuts, light butter, minerals...it exudes place. The last glass was still good the next day. A lovely wine with abundant character, so unlike most newer burgs.

  November 18, 2010 - A bit geriatric, this bottle had an advanced gold color. Seeing it in a decanter and tasting it blind, I initially thought it was a subdued Joly wine but for the sulfur. It was somewhat attactive and vaguely Meursault like after about 15 minutes, but charmless with dinner.

  June 16, 2010 - Les Degustateurs Ladies Night (Casino Club in Chicago): Good clean color, light on the palate. good expression of meursault, interesting is that it needed more time in the glass.
