January 28, 2015 - Still very nice with tropical and creamy notes.
June 22, 2013 - This was way over the hill. Used some for cooking and dumped the rest.
November 21, 2012 - VG chardonnay with some age. Honey colored on the verge of being too old. Great bouquet. drank with scallops. Complex with beautiful balance. A favorite wine of mine.
August 26, 2012 - Used in a killer sweet and spicy rib recipe
July 20, 2012 - Love this wine. Last bottle I thought may have been too old but this bottle was great. Drank with tuna. Great integration of oak and fruit.Nice nose. Keeps you wanting more.
May 13, 2012 - A favorite that is starting to fade. Nicely integrated fruit and oak but fruit is starting to fade. Still enjoyed the wine.
March 3, 2012 - creamy, dark straw color.
October 21, 2011 - Last two bottles were pretty insipid, sharp and acetic. Went down the drain. Perhaps past it's age now.
September 12, 2011 - Starting to fade. Citrus, caramel, and vanilla with a nice spice note and good acidity.
