January 1, 2011 - More yeasty than expected. Clean, crisp. Decent wine, enjoyed on new year's eve.

December 16, 2009 - Pretty decent, but not as bright with acidity as I expected. Seemed a little dumb. Nice enough though.

October 10, 2009 - Enough bubbles to give Coca-Cola a run for their money. The taste was nice but the massive explosion of bubbles was too much. Don't understand the reviews. Not much of a Champagne quality. Save your money and buy a real producer.

December 31, 2008 - Second of my two bottles-with RT on New Year's Eve 2008 while we were cooking for the next day's party. Sipped on its own, and later with pollo burrito and tacos de al pastor. We had them hold the sour cream in the burrito, and all was grand! Who says you cannot drink decent wine with cheap food... just have it be delicious. Long ago I realized I'm just not a bubbly person. Now, with some good advice on smaller producers with lower dosage, and rose sparklers with more body, I'm still am not a convert, but when they have the nice strawberries, slight yeast, and can stand up to fresh, rich marinated pork tacos- they intrigue me. I got say this bottle went away fast! Doesn't replace my fav rose, which has more depth and interest, but solid wine for the price.

December 25, 2008 - Everyone really enjoyed it... not terribly complicated but easy drinking and hit the spot.
