    December 13, 2023 - still good

April 8, 2023 - Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine

Very nice Calf Cab. A hint of mocha/chocolate I associate with this type of wine.
Opened up well through the bottle and on Day 2.

Not past prime, but I see no reason to wait.

February 6, 2022 - Time to drink this one... The tanins are soft and velvety, fruit still there but starting to subside. Med-lo acid. Drinks well now but won't last much longer.

September 1, 2014 - Very dark red color. PNP, aerated into glasses; drank 2 plus glasses over 2 hours. This was very enjoyable and drinking nicely; it continued to improve over the 2 hours. The nose has nice damp earth that really emerges over the first 30 minutes along with creme de cassis, dark raspberries, and spice. The palate is medium-full bodied, cassis, black cherry, berry, oak, dry earth, a little briar, nice tannins and a medium finish. Great way to finish up the lot.
