January 7, 2012 - Holy shit, this has not shed 10% of its acidity in the last two years. Has put on midpalate weight. JRo guessed 01 Auxey Duresses. Good minerality, and with warmth and oxygen started to show weight. Don't even THINK about this puppy until 2015.

April 14, 2011 - Very nice. This had plenty of acid, some creaminess, great minerality and nice focus. This was all stone fruits, honeysuckle and honeydew.

February 11, 2011 - Dynowine is out of his mind. Yes, of course this wine has a ton of acid. But it has remarkable gras, too, enough so that Jennifer guessed Sancerre or Chenin (first call Loire, and I goaded her on.) If I didn't know the Bergman I'd almost guess that he had acidulated in this warmer vintage. Classic young vine stuff, with four square flavors, in your face fruit, but an unlikely ageability profile. I shall indeed hang on to one of my remaining two for five more years.

August 29, 2010 - This wine might make a great wine if blended 50-50 with a flabbier flavorful white in need of acid and zest. Here, the balance favors the acid. Nose of musty round creamy lemon. On the attack has sharp greenish metallic acid which increases through the finish. Mid-palate tastes of lemon and grassy fruit, finishes of wood and metal. Dry. Body light to medium, acid high.

October 22, 2009 - Gulper of a wine. It's not really that good, but it is not bad and it pairs well with simple foods. 83pts.
