October 9, 2015 - Cahsews on the nose, quite punchy and with a hint of coffee and milky caramel. Very good.

January 25, 2011 - Bestyrelsesmøde, Sherrybodega.dk (Hos Søren): Farve: Mørk rav, mat. Aroma: Støvet, lidt rosin, brunkål. Smag: Blød, rund, velafbalanceret, træ, orange, tør, jordbær. Eftersmag: Fed, lang, appelsin, karamel der kommer snigende. Mums!

July 22, 2009 - This is a world class amontillado, a real VORS for whiskey lovers. Super fragant, Nutty, cocoa and coffee in the mouth. Is it better than Sacristía Oloroso? Not so much terrific but an excellent one.

La Sacristía de Romate, Amontillado) Made from limited-production wines originally reserved for the producing family and aged in the solera for more than 30 years. Amber in color, with roasted-nut and light-caramel aromas. Dry, but softened, it offers notes of fine cigar tobacco and old wood, followed by a caramel quality on the finish. The added complexity and nuance make this a great choice for moving into the meal and for Sherry fans looking for something special. Sherry: History by the Glass
