March 29, 2024 - Golden-yellow, light colored (way lighter than some uploaded photos to the CT database for this wine); aromatic, citrus zest, white flowers; palate is medium bodied, elegant medium-plus acidity throughout, sweetness is present but elegant, medium alcohol, lighter fruits and less botrytis than average for sauternes; finish is medium length. This is lighter and more elegant than the 2006 Coutet, but also a bit less stuffing and complexity. Still a fantastic pairing with food and an excellent sauternes/barsac, but this is one I'll drink in the next decade instead of aging to age 50. 90-91
1-2 hours air: This develops a lovely spice, almost ginger on the palate. Early maturity notes which will continue to develop with a few more years.

June 22, 2023 - Medium bodied whine with flavours of medium fruit, light lemon and mango. Not so complex but tasty.

March 27, 2023 - Beautiful medium weight with a great balance of honey and acid; drinking really nicely now but should evolve positively as well.

April 18, 2022 - Excellent wine albeit a bit monolithic profile and shy nose.
Anyway beautifull balance between sweetness and acidity, full body and long aftertaste.
I recomend ont only for dessert but also as pairng with roasted pork/poultry in sauce.

March 12, 2022 - Golden. Apricot, pineapple, pear, saffron and orange peel. Full-bodied with a little too low acidity but still well balanced. Long, complex taste where saffron comes through even more. An excellent wine.
