March 10, 2024 - Dark golden color. Nose of raisins, apricot jam and honey. Palate has again raisins, i got milk chocolate for some reason. Honey, apricots and golden apple. It's a good Sauternes but the finish is lacking. Doesn't coat the mouth and has a very short finish. I love it when a Sauternes is a bit more syrupy and you can taste it for a long time. This one was lackluster in that department. Still Sauternes tho so I will not refuse a glass !

February 11, 2024 - Deep golden colour
On the nose, it is dominated by green sour apple, apricots, and pineapple, along with hints of toffee, caramel, orange peel, and honey.
On the palate, plenty of sugar and moderate acidity. Forward notes of apricots, pineapple, and citrus, and finishes with a toffee, minerality, somewhat bitter note.
This is quite rich, smooth, and beautiful. -
