April 16, 2021 - 1 hour decant on day 1, pretty restrained. Really opened up on day 2 with dark fruit and tobacco predominating. Still has time left, but would encourage drinking up soon with a longer decant.

September 23, 2017 - Delicious from the first pour after decant. Well balanced, smooth with layers of cassis, black cherry and toast. Perfectly ready now at 11 years but should last for 5 more years.

April 18, 2017 - Big, bold Napa Cab without unnecessary excesses. Predominantly blue fruits, with some spicy undertone of clove, rosemary, and thyme. Structured tannin and medium acidity. This should benefit from at least another 5 years worth of cellaring or 2 hours of air if popped now.
