April 29, 2012 - better than I expected it to be.
March 2, 2012 - in full form and bigger than I expected; nose, fruit, a slight burn on the finish but inviting. try their Claret if you like this.
January 2, 2011 - Perfumed cranberries on nose. Lots of violets and fruit at first, some licorice, falls apart as it goes down. Somewhat flabby, lacking in acid/structure. There's some fruit and soft tannins on the finish, but fades pretty quickly. Not a bad wine by any measure, but most Argentinian Malbecs are better.
December 1, 2010 - better as the night grew. pleasant surprise but needs time in the decanter
August 22, 2010 - Tasted too young.... Had to breathe for over a day to get some subtle hints of better Malbecs. Sticking to Argentinians from now on.
May 16, 2010 - Decent wine, nothing spectacular. Dark fruit on the nose and taste, with a bit of heat in the finish.
April 4, 2010 - $15 at trader joes
March 21, 2010 - Thin for a malbec, short finish, only a hint of fruit, outclassed by all but a few of the Argentinians
January 6, 2010 - Deep red with a vibrant pink cresent at edge medium leg plum stone raspberry apple medium tannin
