December 31, 2016 - Complex nose with floral and baking bread profiles. Big, very effervescent with serious bubbles. Not quite as yeasty on the palate as I'd hoped. But there are subtle complexities and textural twists and turns. The more I sip, the more I like. Happy New Year!

April 11, 2014 - Pretty much the same as my tasting note from the winery. Perhaps not as much fruit as some might like, but plenty of yeasty flavor. Paired well with a sausage pasta.
