December 27, 2014 - Tastes like mature Grenache. Raspberry ganache. Very tasty at this point.

July 27, 2011 - Identical to last bottle. Nice mix of cherry/berry/spice and pepper, medium body and finish, well-balanced. Excellent.
July 22, 2011 - Dark red to rim. Cherry, berry, hints of spice/pepper and licorice on the nose. Medium body, good fruit/acid balance, some tannins in background, medium finish. Very good-excellent, great QPR.
April 2, 2011 - Extraordinarily balanced. Powerful nose. Spiciness tempered with luscious black fruit and long finish.
October 2, 2010 - Closed nose; medium bodied with integrated tannins; needs at least an hour to decant. Very good with food; but nothing special on it's own.
September 15, 2010 - Experience consistent with 12/09 note but this doesn’t have slight haze nor do I get any hint of anise character. Initially beautiful red fruit which evolves to darker fruits after a few hours. Still great in the mouth, no/light tannin, and seamless beginning/middle/end transitions. Ideal fruit intensity and weight/feel in the mouth to complement diverse flavors and textures at the table. Nice wine.
