January 27, 2015 - Popped and poured. Aromas of smoke and red fruits. Rich, deep flavors of cassis. Smoky notes in a cranberry tinged finish.
Clean, balanced, simple (but interesting) flavors, good depth. The smokiness is more pronounced than I remember, and does do battle with the other components, but all is in harmony at the end.
