January 13, 2013 - Clear medium intensity garnet with ruby-purple rim. Clean and developed medium+ intensity nose, notes of ripe red fruit, strawberries, plums, green olives and game. Dry, high refreshing acidity, medium- soft tannins, medium alcohol, medium- body, medium intensity flavours, red fruit and some game, fine grained texture, not very elegant, and slightly unbalanced due to the acidity that, in the other hand shows it's tipicity. Ready to drink now, but it could age a bit more in bottle. Medium- duration aftertaste of medium- intensity.

July 22, 2012 - Very dark color. Very prominent classic green pepper and veggies bouquet. Bright acidity but overall well balanced and focused with sweet tannins.

September 25, 2011 - balence, medium finish, tanins mellow, herbacous siide is there but not overdone, fruit with slight earthyness

November 9, 2010 - Unmistakeably Loire Cab Franc, this shows bright fruit but is coarsely textured, with significant tannins. In addition to the gravelly texture, this veers too much into the weedy side of Cab Franc. While this shows nice herbs de provence and noticeable minerality, it lacks the focus and sappiness that I hoped for. Not bad, and there's no lack of character here, but I wouldn't seek this out again.
