December 4, 2017 - Throws off quite a bit of sediment. Nose red fruited, hints of marzipan. Palate bright, black cherries and raspberries, some tea flavors — blind I think I would have guessed an Italian red; surprisingly light bodied and dexterous. Very well-integrated flavors, harmonious, appears to be drinking at peak. 93 pts

July 26, 2017 - Just wonderful. Drinking better than '08 OMV At this time. Has years to go.

December 26, 2016 - Slo-ox for 15 min., but may have benefited from a splash decant as it fleshed out somewhat in the glass. A nice wine, but IMHO a bit over the hill. Earthy notes were dominant, with some dark red fruit, and only a touch of spice. Not as expressive as some of the TNs from 2012-14. Drink 'em if you got 'em.

    February 25, 2014 - Excellent again.

July 16, 2013 - Greenblanket put a very slight chill on this bottle and it is just excellent on a muggy Seattle evening. Barely ripe red fruit, savory and a bit earthy, food friendly - a no-brainer with chicken fajitas.
