Community Tasting Notes 2

November 15, 2015 - Deep golden straw hue in the core that fades at the rim. Strong citrus notes on the nose, especially orange marmalade, with a touch of honey and dried fruit (maybe apricot). All of the above were confirmed on the palate with a bit more fresh citrus zest and a small touch of nuttiness as well. Soft and round with low acid, very dry. Good balance. It has a medium short length that is dominated by the alcohol

September 20, 2009 - Hints of citrus; very dry. Perfect with baked salmon. Easy to match with food since it is not overpowering.
