October 27, 2010 - Approximately 1/3 viognier and 2/3 chardonnay. This opened up a little hot but this improved after an hour or so. This shows tropical fruits like lychee and papaya which remind me more of rhone whites, but with a little stronger snap. Went well with sushi and would definitely hold up to chicken or cream sauces. Best Colorado white so far.
