May 31, 2019 - Sitting here with a glass right now and the nose is funky and belies the palate of the wine. I will concur with the 3 opinions below on fruit, hint of dark chocolate, and acerbic cherry. There is good color and youthfulness to this Bordeaux good deep red fruit and a decent amount of silky tannins. There was a lot of sediment at the bottom so store upright before drinking for a couple days and carefully decant. Drink now

October 31, 2018 - There's mainly red fruits and a hint of chocolate and cedar on the nose. Medium bodied, noticeable but not extreme tannins and similar flavours on the palate. Better on the second night. A nice mid-week wine that should last a little while yet (B+).

May 26, 2018 - Very little sediment for being 18 years old. The wine is still dark and with a touch of purplish color. Amazing at this age for a minor claret from a satellite appellation of St-Émilion. The wine is quite concentrated with some mocha and spice on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows black fruit, mocha and coffee and some cigar and wood. Excellent petit chateau wine and really out-performing its station in life. It is a great purchase. This is the first bottle to be open of the eight purchased we future. Very pleased. The wine is no doubt still on the young side. Wait another two to three years, assuming you have great storage condition.

October 18, 2016 - Notes similaires à la dernière bouteille, à la différence qu'il m'a paru plus riche et concentré, et un brin atypique pour un Bordeaux.
