January 23, 2017 - Medium-deep straw yellow color. Quite developed and pretty tertiary nose with evolved aromas of chopped nuts, wizened apples, some ripe yellow stone fruits, a little bit of oat biscuits and toasted bread, a hint of smoke and a touch of browned butter. The wine is rich, developed and broad on the palate with medium body, oily mouthfeel and complex lavors of toasty nuttiness, stony minerality, sharp green apple tones, some browned bitter, a little bit of ripe pineapple, a hint of creamy richness and light steely undertones. The high acidity keeps the wine nicely fresh and balanced. The finish is crisp, lengthy and pretty acid-driven with complex flavors of roasted nuts, steely minerality, some lemony citrus fruits, a little bit of oxidative oat biscuit character, light bruised apple tones and a hint of dried apricot.

A fine, sophisticated and wonderfully evolved white Chardonnay that feels like it is on its plateau of maturity now. Although the wine feels very developed, its high acidity and the crystalline mineral core keep the wine very focused and refreshing. Peaking now and won't develop from here - best if drunk now or very soon. Enjoyable stuff.

July 31, 2016 - Full straw colored; at perfect place, mature but not in decline; classic nose of baked apple with hints of oak spice; very wide palate much more to apple than citrus end of things. Plump, tasty and decent length with just enough acidity. Good QPR

December 25, 2011 - Very enjoyable for a Bourgogne. Focused fruit with lemon notes on nose and palate. Compact but nicely balanced. No hurry to drink but not sure there is any reason to wait either.

September 26, 2011 - Very good. As usual, a baby Meursault. Balanced, with good acidity and energy on the palate. Oak is well used (when just opened it showed a little oaky but with air it nicely integrated). Good length. Slightly reductive.
    Love it !

January 6, 2011 - Tasty and stylish although on the lighter side. Lemon notes and lingering acidic finish. Nice, especially for the price.

January 29, 2010 - Tasting with Francois Mikulski and David Croix (Camille Giroud): light, toast and butter, rounded: it'd be easy to drink this every Friday
