April 7, 2024 - Beautiful light honey color, classic Chablis nose. Wonderful crisp acidity and minerality.

June 18, 2013 - Bright and balanced, not too chablis

Darker yellow in color. Nose of lemon and stone. On the palate this is bright and balanced on acid. Flavors of lemon, lime, lime pith and minerals. Medium body.

June 3, 2012 - Notes from day 1, bottle open for about 2 hours.
    Light gold in color.
Nose of lemon rind, lime, seaweed, minerals.
Palate of lemon cream, white grapefruit, seaweed, and sea salt.
The finish was above average in length and good acidity, and a little bit more mouthfeel than last time.
Overall the wine is excellent and maybe fleshing out a little more than last time I had it, great qpr.

May 13, 2012 - I was a little bit disappointed. Seemed a little closed. Definitely had good minerality but the fruit seemed somewhat muted. A lot of citrus but did not get much else from the fruit. Perhaps this was in an ackward phase. Was hoping for more richness but that may come with more aging.

    June 15, 2011 - Took this to the In-laws for a B-Day dinner.
N: lemon rind, white grapefruit, seaweed, and some sea salt.
P: of lemon lime, with a little more cream than I noticed prior times, seaweed and a little sea salt.
F: AA to long in length, nice mouthfeel and good acidity.
    Steal at 25$ IMO.
Overall this wine was perfect for me on a nice summer night while eating from the grill. Only problem I had was that the didn't show as much acidity as I recall it having in the past. Could be due to the bottle getting warm as the night when on as we started off with bubbles then I actually had a small glass of red since I knew I wouls be drinking most of this wine.
