July 15, 2022 - Notes had me concerned but got lucky, perfect condition with zero sign of premox. Nice nose of tree fruits, lychee and seawater. A nice balance in the mouth with some but not overbearing weight. Excellent.
October 8, 2020 - A tiny bit of funk on the nose, but overall a delicious and surprisingly fresh wine. Great tastes of flinty stone and lemon.
June 22, 2020 - Last bottle, first ever premox Chablis.
March 25, 2020 - What a pleasant surprise after a disappointing string of premoxed Fevre 08s. Clean crisp minerality, citrus, stone fruit, and white flowers all in harmonious balance.

December 9, 2019 - Youngish and sharp but wonderful as well, auction bottle , a good one.

May 16, 2019 - Looked at my note from 2014 and am smiling. It has in fact evolved nicely in 4 - 5 years. Nice mineral/stone notes form the base of the wine and there is a core hint of flowers and light citrus. Delicious.
