July 14, 2023 - Notes of cantaloupe, grapefruit. Fully mature, nice structure, thankfully no hint of premox on this one. Delicious.
June 15, 2022 - Marina: Out of the Ashes of Whole Fish (Martina, Mpls): Last bottle, oxidized, serious bummer as these had been soooo good.

August 22, 2021 - Very nice - no signs of oxidation which is a good starting point. Classic Chablis with some age on it - lactic notes on the nose, chalk, light citrus - a bit of spice - guava? Decent weight and some roundness - very saline which gives a great quaffable nature to the wine - very long finish - solid and hard to stop drinking
July 2, 2021 - Severely oxidized bottle.
January 18, 2021 - Delicious mix of grapefruit, white peach, spice, lemon oil, and yeast. Weightier than most Chablis, though still very lean by global Chardonnay standards. Still tastes fresh, without any obvious indications of age. I think I got a very good batch of bottles of this wine. Sorry to those who got the bronze premoxed version!
December 30, 2020 - Very fresh and intense. My tongue keeps tingling for almost a minute with a lemony, mineral sensation. There is a more earthy flavor that reminds me of nutritional yeast or hay but may be what others call hazelnut.
Unlike others, I have not found my bottles of this wine to be oxidized or advanced. They're all light yellow and remarkably fresh.
October 21, 2020 - Very good. Intense flavors of lemon, minerals, hay, and yeast. Not at all oxidized.
