November 26, 2022 - Drank from a magnum. Deep golden color. Not much happening on the nose; did not open up over the course of a 4 hour dinner. Very thin and very short finish.

October 20, 2021 - Opened up beautifully with some time in glass. Initially this showed aged caramel notes, which gave way to honey, citronella and mineral with air. Lively palate with plenty of acid and citrus notes. Very nice.

June 11, 2020 - Very slightly corked. More noticeable on the palate than the nose, which is unusual in my experience. I seem to be on a bad run recently.

February 8, 2020 - Medium gold color. PNP, drank several glasses over 3 hours. Lemon oil nose, wool, spice, saline, limestone. The palate is filled with lemon oil, lemon peel, tons of wet stone, lemon pledge, limestone, wool, very brisk, and quite long with only the most subtle nuances of oak now. Last bottle, best yet. Still in great shape. These have so over delivered.

July 27, 2019 - Much better experience than the last bottle a month or so ago. No detailed notes, but there was a lot more complexity and nuance here than just the apple I picked up in the last bottle. The pairing probably didn't hurt - mushroom risotto and grilled salmon.
