  March 14, 2014 - Echoing my first review of this stellar Syrah (and, alas, my last bottle!), it was velvety smooth and a dense, deep, dark red in color. Full body with multiple layers of complex flavor. Primarily black currant and black pepper with hints of chocolate and plum. Long smooth finish that lingers wonderfully in the mouth and in the mind. Paired this time with a marsala beef and butternut squash stew. Excellent.

Long smooth finish that lingers wonderfully in the mouth and in the mind. Went great with grilled rosemary rubbed sirloin, herbed potato, asparagus and crusty bread. Not a drop was left by evening's end, I assure you.

  January 7, 2010 - This is an excellent Syrah. Deep Ruby color and medium to full bodied. Lower than expected in Tannins and a very smooth finish. Would recommend! Had with son's birthday celebration. All guests enjoyed. Paired it with Ribs.
