    December 14, 2021 - Beautiful wine!

Nice youthful color. Tobacco nose that reminded me of a rustic Pauillac.

Red fruits and good acidity were the highlights of the mouth, with soft but still present tannins that carried this wine to a great medium + finish.

June 30, 2021 - decanted for 2 hours and still rather closed. Tannins were pretty strong, with good concentration on palate. prominent woodsy notes.

June 13, 2021 - Second Sunday Group: 1995 Beaune (Eagle Brook CC): Dark youthful color, would never have guessed this is nearing 20 years old. Cassis, chocolate, currant and tobacco. Tannins are soft but still present. Full-bodied and impeccably balanced. Long finish. Gorgeous. (G&L)

(Araujo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon) Violet-garnet color. An attack of hot-stone minerality is quickly followed by aromas of eucalyptus, black cherry, black plum, and a touch of leather and old wood. The wine has an incredible presence on the palate, with juicy acidity, well-integrated tannins, and a lengthy finish. Terroir: Eisele Vineyard
