April 29, 2024 - Pale elemon in the glass, pillowy mousse- pronounced, developing aromas of brioche, toast, lemon, bruised apples, yellow apple, quince, pear, creme, sea spray, and a steely minerality. In the mouth, the wine is dry, med bodied, high acid, med alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity, and a medium finish. Overall, very good. This is such a reliable bottling and at ~$60 usd, is a helluva value, a realiable cellar defender.

March 24, 2024 - Bought a case of the Resonance after being very impressed by a 2016 Concordance recently. Slow ox'ed for about 1h. Pale lemon yellow in the glass. Plenty of bruised apples as others have mentioned. Good freshness and nice balance. A very approachable and good quality Blanc de Noir, even if the 2016 Concordance was two notches above this NV in terms of aromatics, complexity and delineation.

Consumed with Greek salad and pecorino potatoes...and a little calamari...this was racy and tasty tonight.
Notes of bright citrus and orchard fruits, with strawberry and blackberry in the upper register, this entry-level Extra Brut BdN shows minerality and depth. Crisp and lip-smacking on the finish, drink through 2025+.

May 14, 2023 - In pristine condition (w clear blue skies), this week’s option for #champagne2023, now bottle #20 was Dominique Moreau’s Marie Courtin Résonance, pleasingly vinous, medium-weight & w impressive length. Aromas centre on toasty/smoky notes w hazelnuts, almonds, English toasting bread, wet stones & backbone citrus. The intense palate further emphasises minerality w flint, apricots & peach - lovely savoury character that will develop nicely w time, superb mousse & viscosity, lively & fresh. Long, bright & dry finish!

January 24, 2023 - Pale yellow color. Attractive nose of florals, ripe red-tinted fruit, touch of salinity, chalk. Palate is bone dry and pure minerals and acid. Very slight touch of citrus, if I am being generous. It is as enjoyable as stepping on a lego block. I just don't see the point of this wine. If you like licking a piece of chalk laced with sulfuric acid, this wine is a perfect match for you.

May 26, 2022 - Dinner at Chez Dalluge: Baptism of the New Kitchen (Chez Dalluge, MN): Pale gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. This was an awesome bottle and as the name would imply, it was simply resonant. There's depth and energy here, along with lemon and distinct red berry fruits, floral notes and a delicate cream note on the nose too. The palate shines with a mix of red fruits and citrus notes, hints of peach, so crisp and delicious, pure and lightly toasted. Best bottle of this I've ever had.
