Community Tasting Notes 1

January 4, 2009 - Starting to turn a bit toward the marroon/brown side. Medium-bodied but a bit toward the thin side. Blackberry and red cherry fruits. Some tea-like tannins. This one seems a bit past its peak and was actually a bit overwhelmed by the brisket. Drink up if you've got 'em.
