    January 5, 2024 - A funky nose, brick garnet in color. A medium to full bodied Bordeaux blend, with black cherry, plum and spices on disjointed finish, was way past it's prime. www.winelx.com

    July 23, 2016 - Med to full bodied. Has the distinct flavor of high quality cabs from Chile which I really enjoy. decanted 1.5 hours and tannins were smooth.

    December 7, 2013 - Just realized I didn't note this one, and am going on memory from 6 days ago, but this wine was rocking. Not sure what I expected, but this certainly exceeded it. Beautiful earthy nose of fresh tilled soil, tobacco, eucalyptus, and black and dark red fruit. The palate followed suit, with a fairly long finish. Just delicious. Drank it standalone after dinner, but pair with the usual steak/red meat/heavier fare. The wife commented, "this is the kind of cab. [her Cali-loving uncle] needs to try!"

    March 18, 2013 - Smells like cranberries in a rusty bowl. It's a little funky. Flavors of cinnamon, eucalyptus and currant. Beautiful tannic structure. Finishes with notes of leather and tobacco. I'm really digging this . . . wish I had more.
