December 29, 2017 - The time has come to drink up. John has provided the key ingredients for the 12th year. Beautiful garnet with browning rim. Cassis and dark cherry transitions to earthy berry and a well balanced acid with a chocolate finish.

March 24, 2016 - Second bottle of his wine 12 months apart. Dense dark colour. Boysenberry, blackberry, lightundertones of dust and dirt. Very smooth and fruity. Almost full bodied and very enjoyable. long finish, tannin is evident at the end but blends well with the fruit.

December 25, 2015 - Decant for about three+ hours. Really ready to drink.
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. -
