February 23, 2020 - Popped and poured at Stratton. Better than expected. Quite brownish at the edges showing its age, as expected. More fruit than I anticipated. Much better with the cheese that Blanco provided. Drink now!

March 31, 2013 - Classic Tuscan nose of tart red sour cherries and touches of dustly leather. I get a little but of plummy almost pruney notes presumably from the merlot. Some cedar and eventually Camilla's made an appearance. Nice drinkable food wine which paired nicely with baked pasta in a red sauce.

November 12, 2011 - While the cork was starting to go, the wine drank beautifully. I was concerned that it might have been past its time, but it was not. Very nice wine. Wish I had another bottle or two.
