July 10, 2011 - Attractive aromas of fresh cut white flowers and marzipan that carry through onto the palate, where they are joined by some soft lemon meringue. Moderate acidity, soft and easy drinking, but lacks depth.

July 28, 2010 - Arnaldo-Caprai Tasting (Conference room): More focused then the Anima Umbra. Medium bodied, but still very bright. Good. It's a tough sell at $18, though I could see it doing well in restaurants.

June 20, 2010 - Another lovely vintage of this wine, this one paler in color. The aromas reminded me of preserved lemons--the Moroccan kind, with salt. This is echoed in the palate, which has savory herbal notes as well. Deliciously complex, dry, and perfect with tomato dishes.
