May 29, 2021 - (Disgorged in spring 2020, base year 2016, 63% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunière and 27% Chardonnay with addition of Bouzy Rouge, dosage 7 gr/l)
Pale salmon coloured with a fine stream of bubbles. Youthful nose showing red berries, milk chocolate and freshly baked bread in a very pleasant way. Raspberries acidity on the palate with a lemon zest touch before the pleasant finish showing a buttery note and some herbs.
(Probably best with 0-4 years of extra cellaring)

December 27, 2020 - Light whipped cream and soft summer fruit. Lovely.

August 24, 2020 - About a year PDA. Eton Mess nose, floral, a really light fresh style and totally delicious.

June 9, 2020 - A blend of 63% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, mainly from the lieu-dit Les Toulettes in Epernay, rosé d'assemblage with Bouzy Rouge, dosage 7 gr/l. Fresh and vibrant, gentle mousse, lovely fruit expression (strawberry, raspberry, citrus), but easy and attractive rather than deep or complex. A perfect aperitif.

    May 6, 2020 - Pale Salmon
Nose show red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, yeast, and mandarin rind. Fruit wrapped in fresh dough...
Palate has a nice balance between fresh bread dough, cherry compote, wild flowers, pink grapefruit, blood orange and herbs.
    Finish is medium+

Lovely aperitive style....a crowd pleaser for sure.
