October 13, 2012 - Textbook Savoye. Rich cherry fruit with a balancing acid wave, but nothing terribly interesting. Very Pinot. Will finish tonight. Definitely more integrated now then on release, but not sure if it's really worth keeping them for the long hall. Will finish tonight and update.
