May 24, 2020 - Nearing the end of the bottle after a little over 1 month of sipping. What I love with better Oloroso and Palo Cortado is almost here, but rather than the burnt hair and nuttiness, it's instead burnt hair and popcornness.
After a month of this, I'm dying to get back on track with dry Oloroso and PC.
Best: amazing acid structure and lift!
Least good: popcorn instead of nuts.

December 8, 2019 - Ámbar con destellos caoba. Nariz de media intensidad y buena definición, notas de corteza de naranja, azúcar quemado, frutos secos, barniz de mueble viejo, ... En boca tiene buen ataque, seco, bastante fluido, acidez media, bastante profundidad y gran persistencia. Elegante y bien perfilado.
