April 23, 2021 - Stone fruit, apple, ripe lemon, vanilla custard, almond paste, bread crust, biscuit, warm brioche, with creamy, medium-fine mousse and harmonious acidity. Finishes broad, smoky and mineral, with good length. Decent complexity. Seems to be from a warmer base vintage. Generous dosage; too sweet for my liking. Easy and enjoyable.
