Somewhat fresher than earlier tastings, maybe due to the quite recent disgorgement.
Anyways, this Champagne always delivers.
February 5, 2022 - Just a terrific nv entry level cuvee. This rested a year in my cellar after release and it benefited from that. Powerfull drink. Goes well with food. E.g. Cod, bacon, peas, risotto.
October 22, 2021 - Grønne epler og litt pære. Heftig syre dominerer i munnen. Epleskrell i lang utgang.
June 4, 2021 - Full bodied and some complexity. Rather dark Yellow
May 1, 2020 - Very good with some, rather prominant, darker notes accompanying the fruit. Little toast too. I think base was 12/13 or so, unsure.
December 31, 2019 - Had this for New Year so no big tasting note and unfortunately forgot to check the base vintage but I assume 2013/2014 because it seemed to lack a bit power. Tasted Alfred Gratien several times and the brut classic always had an extremely good price performance.
But anyway, very good quality, yeast, fruit, acidity and moderate complexity.

September 26, 2019 - Rather acidic and toasty. There's no malolactic fermentation, so it's a little sharper than most other champagnes. High citrus notes, a little toastiness, and a yeasty/oaky profile. Good value!
May 2, 2019 - Shows both Red and white fruit character with prominent toasted rye bread and yeast hints. Good weight and textures.
