  July 11, 2010 - Pale; delicate, fragrant, classic Gewurz; soft, deft - slight even, clean, fresh, fine balance; finish in an understated manner but attractively spicy.Would appear to need drinking soon but I suspect will age a while longer.

  February 16, 2010 - Excellent nose, turkish delight, lychee, cream. Not as good as previous years. pH a little too high needs some acid to get good balance a little soapy, slightly over worked lees stirring possibly used more wild ferments too creamy, on bright side lovely conc, length, Turkish delight, lychee, spice, musty with hint of orange peel.
